It's in excellent condition. There has a ding in the finish on the top near the edge and one on the back edge.

Great lush acoustic tone unplugged and you can get many tones plugged in to an amp. Frets are excellent, action is great. I'm not a good guitar player but when I played this I thought, man, I sound five times better than before. You will be very pleased with this guitar. I'm throwing the strap in too.
