This is a lush guitar. These were made in the 70s somewhere in Japan. I've read so many different places it could have been made from the Aria factory, Cushin Gakki factory, Hayashi factory. It plays fast and easy and it sounds great for its age. These don't usually come with soundholes, but this one conveniently has one on the side of it and it's been installed professionally and does not affect the tone of the guitar. The great thing about this BM Vigo, is that it's the only electro-acoustic one I can see online for sale, so it's a rare one. I'm not sure of the year to be honest.

I'm not sure how they're working it out. I have bee able to make it an electro-acoustic as. There is no volume/EQ control panel on the guitar, so all volume controlled via amp.

The sound hole has been fitted well. So we have removed it since taking the photos. As the the condition of the guitar. I would say it is in very good overall condition with a few dents, one bigger than the other, to the its top (see photos). These aren't going to affect the sound and they're not that bad really. The guitar still looks really cool, it just depends how fussy you are really.

Other than these marks I would say it's in great shape for its age; it's over 40 years old or so, so it's done well and it looks great. It obviously has unavoidable second-hand wear but who cares! It has a nice action and it is great for finger picking. I would say that it wouldn't hurt to get some new strings, but these are okay for now. Interestingly, it has one of those bridges that you can adjust slightly using a flathead screwdriver (see photos).
