GOLD TONE STEEL METAL RESONATOR ACOUSTIC ELECTRIC DOBRO GUITAR & CASE PAUL BEARD. The Paul Beard Signature Series resonator guitars distinguish themselves from the crowd by offering a traditional 12-fret design, ideal for the best tone. The GRE was designed by the legendary Paul Beard with a steel body and a biscuit-style cone configuration.
The GRE combines these traditional elements with a modern twist as it is constructed around a thinner 2-1/8 body design for a more subtle acoustic tone that really shines when amplified. The volume and tone control allow for a variety of available tones and this guitar will absolutely scream if you want it to! Note: Body now comes with a matte finish.
The GRE was reviewed in Frets Magazine and was the recommended steel body guitar to own in its price range. It is professionally setup at the Gold Tone shop for optimum playability ideal for conventional playing or bottleneck slide playing.
