TAKAMINE EF-389 all Mahogany Acoustic Electric 12 String Guitar 1981 An excellent Takamine EF-389 Acoustic/Electric12 string guitar from 1981!!! It is made with all Mahogany! The condition is very good(an 7.5 out of 10) with light normal signs of use and shows light fret wear, the guitar is really nice all around with no problems except for some light playing scratches and dings, and what looks like some smeared glue on the side from reglueing of the body binding(See pics). The action at the 12th fret is 1/8", and the saddle height from the bridge is 1/16". No lifting of the bridge and no separation at the neck joint but there is cracking in the finish from stress but neck is stable(See pics).

The nut width is 1 and 13/16. Made in Japan, stamped Dec 17, 1981 on the top bracing, includes the Music-Go-Round padded gig bag case. Check out my other auctions as I usually have guitars and parts for sale.
