The Taylor 600 Series features figured curly Maple for the backs and sides of all its models with a Sitka Spruce top. Other appointments include unique ablaone fingerboard inlays, abalone rosette and headstock logo, which debuted after 1994. The Taylor 656ce is the current 12-string Grand Symphony model within the series, similar to the 616ce.

The guitar has a couple of small scratches on the top and back. We attempted to show them in the pictures but they proved difficult to capture. There is also a dark spot on the pick plate. The included hard-shell case has some scratches or scuffs and the back latch is a bit bent but is also in overall excellent condition. Unlike most refurbished guitars that we sell as described under more info below, still has its original Serial Numbers.
