Vintage 1959 Hofner President Natural Electric Acoustic Guitar with Gibson Vibrola

Vintage 1959 Hofner President Natural Electric Acoustic Guitar w/ Gibson Vibrola. This is a real beauty of a guitar - a late 1950s Hofner President with the 2x thin black pickups. I love this guitar with the Gibson style vibrola tremolo system installed.

This is definitely not original to the guitar, along with the metal plate covering the knobs, but they are a beautiful addition to this guitar. It has been exceptionally well looked after, with very little to report. There are a few dings and scrapes on this guitar body as you can see, but nothing significant. The neck is extremely sturdy indeed as it has been previously plugged meaning it is now as sturdy as it'll ever be! These guitars are truly special and some of my favourite Hofner guitars to play.
