Vintage Ovation Acoustic Guitar

This instrument is a vintage black original Ovation guitar. The only thing not original on the instrument is the truss rod cover. The instrument is comprised of Ovation's signature fiberglass bowl shaped back and a solid spruce soundboard.

The fingerboard is solid ebony with genuine mother of pearl diamond shaped position markers. The bridge is made of solid rosewood and the tuning machines are original as well. The neck is five pieces laminated for strength.

There has been some varnish restoration done on the soundboard. It shows signs of heavy usage, but the action is one of the best I have ever played and the sound is powerful and projecting. Comes in original hard case.
